Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Mouthwash, Water
  1. Step 1

Assess you condition. Are you vitamin deficient? Are you stressed? Does allergy trigger your canker sore? Or does trauma cause your mouth ulcer? Knowing what may have caused your condition will help you treat canker sore.

  2. Step 2

Gargle with strong mouth wash for 60 seconds to kill the bacteria. Do this before going to bed, immediately upon waking and at least once or twice during the day.

Use wet tea bags, and press it on the ulcer. The tannic acid in tea is an astringent that will help relieve the pain and speed up healing.
