How to Make Chrome Fixtures Shine

There are many products on the market to leave your home sparkling clean, but the mirror shine you look for can be achieved by simple products right in your own pantry.

Things You’ll Need:

• Small Bowl
• Clean Cloth
• Tablespoon
• 2 Tablespoons of Cream of Tarter
• 1 Tablespoon of Baking Soda
• Water

1. In a clean bowl empty in the 2 tablespoons of cream of tartar and 1 tablespoon of baking soda.
2. Mix these ingredients with small amounts of water until a thick paste is formed.
3. Using a clean soft cloth, apply the paste to the desired chrome fixture and allow to dry.
4. Once dry and flaky, moisten the cloth and wipe chrome fixture clean. It's a simple and easy step to achieving a clean and fresh home!

Tips & Warnings

• If the chrome your cleaning needs to be cleaned free of grease, first clean with vinegar.
• If stains are on the chrome fixture, a quick polish with baby oil works great to restore the luster!
