Step1
Open the Excel spreadsheet that you want to print. Click on “View” in the Excel toolbar, or use the keyboard shortcut Alt+V.
Step2
From the “View” menu, click on “Header and Footer."
Step3
Click “Custom Header” or “Custom Footer."
Step4
Determine whether you want your header or footer in the “Left Section”, “Center Section” or “Right Section” and click inside the corresponding field, so that your cursor appears there.
Step5
Click the “Font” button. This is the first button on the left and has a capital letter “A” on it.
Step6
In the “Font” dialog box, choose the font you wish to use. You can also adjust the font style or size and add effects, such as underlines or strikethrough.
Step7
When you are happy with the font, click “OK” on the “Font” dialog box. Click “OK” again on the "Header" or "Footer" dialog, and once more on the “Page Setup” dialog box.
