Things You'll Need:
- Skinny jeans
- A skinny picture of yourself
- Vegetables
- Ankle and wrist weights
- Tennis shoes

Step 1
Go to the grocery store and buy a large amount of vegetables and healthy food. Get rid of all the sweets in the house. In my experience when I buy a large amount of produce, I will eat that first since it will go bad. I hate to waste money so I will eat the produce and next thing you know, you are eating a healthy meal every time!

Step 2
Hang a picture of yourself on the fridge, mirror, whatever it is so you see it every day. It will remind you of where you would like to be.

Step 3
When going anywhere, take the stairs!! It will burn off additional calories and generally is faster.

Step 4
When doing anything at home, wear the ankle and wrist weights. You will be amazed at how much you will loose by just wearing those!

Step 5
Pick one day of the week and try on those skinny jeans! Before you know it your drive to actively work out will be back and you will be out in your skinny jeans!!
