3. Avoid playing sex before marriage in order to protect your self from suffering Aids

4. Be patient and avoid committing adultery with the strangers.

5. Prepare your partner before playing sex and make sure that your partner is free from wounds in his/ her private parts.

6. attend Aids seminars and counselling services to know about how Aids is spread and how you can overcome it.

7. Avoid group influence and over drinking because are the most causes of Aids mainly among the youth.

8. Check about your status and your partner's status before you get marriede.
