How to Delete Icons from Your Opera Toolbar

Okay, you have Opera, and you have icons. But what if you don't WANT icons? Amazingly, you can get rid of them; here's how.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • Computer
  • Internet Connection
  • Opera Web Browser
Step1
Opera, Opened Open Opera. It doesn't matter what page you're at.
Step2
Unwanted Icon Choose an icon you do not want. This can either be a website icon, or a mechanics icon (ie, Back, Stop, Refresh).
Step3
Right-click it so that a menu appears with two choices; 'Customize' and 'Remove from Toolbar'. Select 'Remove from Toolbar'.
Step4
Happily Ridden of that Icon BAM! It's gone. Now, you can delete icons at will...fun!

Tips & Warnings

  • If you DO delete a mechanics icon, you have to click 'Customize' to get it back...so don't delete the mechancis ones.
