How to get free demo games for Sony PSP

Want to try a game before you buy it? I will show you how to download games to play on your PSP, demo games are usually free. Some places have games for Gameboy, Neo Geo CD, Super Nintendo, Sega Genesis, Neo Geo Pocket,Turbo Grafx 16, Nintendo (NES), Sega, PC (Windows). See link in resources.

Things You'll Need:

PSP
Card reader
Sony PSP card
PC

Step 1

Point your Internet browser to www.pspdemo.org and look through the list of available demos. There are a lot of different types of games to choose from. Find game reviews to try to decide which games you might like to try.
Step 2

Pick the games you want and download them into a folder, they will come as a zip file. Windows xp can directly extract zip files but older versions will need a utility from www.winzip.com to extract the files.
Step 3

Extract each game into a different folder to keep track of the games so you can load them to PSP Memory stick PRO DUO card with your card reader. Once the games are loaded to the card, pop it back into your PSP and play!

Tips & Warnings

You can delete the games you don't like from your memory card to save space
Some games require a higher level of firmware to run them, you may have to update your PSP to run them
