Things You'll Need:
- Prime Rib 4-5 lbs
- Favorite Rub
- 1 cup Beef Broth

Step 1
Preheat over 325.

Step 2
Pour beef broth in bottom of pan.

Step 3
Rub roast down with favorite seasoning.

Step 4
Place in pan. Broth should be about 1 inch with roast sitting in it.

Step 5
Place in oven for 20-25 minutes per pound of roast.

Step 6
Use meat thermometer to check for rare - medium rare - well.

on 12/18/2008 This was the best. I put the beef broth in the bottom of the pan, and it helped keep the prime rib juicy and prevented dryness. I also put the seasonings of crushed garlic, salt and a little bit of pepper. IT was easy and came out wonderful. Make sure to get yourself an thermonitor, to make sure you don't over cook it.
