Things You’ll Need:

• Prime Rib 4-5 lbs
• Favorite Rub
• 1 cup Beef Broth

1. Preheat over 325.
2. Pour beef broth in bottom of pan.
3. Rub roast down with favorite seasoning.
4. Place in pan. Broth should be about 1 inch with roast sitting in it.
5. Place in oven for 20-25 minutes per pound of roast.
6. Use meat thermometer to check for rare - medium rare - well.
