EAT 5 SMALLER MEALS A DAY RATHER THAN 3 LARGE MEALS. Make a fist. That is roughly the size of your stomach. Because your stomach digests only a certain amount at a time, it stores the rest as fat. Instead of 3 huge meals a day, part of which is stored directly into fat, eat 5 smaller meals to keep your metabolism burning.

SET YOUR GOAL AND WEIGH YOURSELF EVERY MORNING. Studies show that people who weigh themselves every morning are able to keep a healthy weight over those who don't look at the scale. Make it a habit to check your weight every morning to remind yourself of your goals.
