Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • a natural combination of herbs for sinus problems purchased from a health food store
  • garlic
  • acidophilus
  • bee pollen
  1. Step 1

Decrease or eliminate your intake of dairy foods. Dairy products are sometimes the culprit when it comes to sinus problems.

  2. Step 2

Take Acidophilus daily. Acidophilus is a natural pro biotic that helps to protect the body against harmful bacteria, parasites and various other organisms. Taking supplements of acidophilus and eating acidophilus-rich foods for a period of time after completing a treatment with antibiotics is important because unfortunately antibiotics destroys both healthy and bad bacteria in the body. Acidophilus replaces healthy bacteria back into the body.

  3. Step 3

Take a natural product that consists of a combination of herbs that help to alleviate and eliminate sinus pressure, sinus headaches and other sinus problems. There are also products available to cleanse the sinuses. This method has helped many with sinus troubles.

  4. Step 4

Take bee pollen. Bee pollen is a natural aid that is recognized as a good source to use in helping to alleviate allergy and sinus troubles.

  5. Step 5

Take garlic. Garlic is used as a natural broad spectrum antibiotic. There is support from medical research that advocate that garlic is productive at fighting numerous bacteria and fungi as well as some viruses. Garlic therefore, is a potential weapon against not only the common cold, but also against sinus problems and other respiratory problems.

on 12/27/2007 Good article. Another tip is to use a product called sinu cleanse or similar product which does a saline nasal wash, cleans out all bacteria. one suggestion on your articles, would be to add pictures/graphics to your steps. :) It adds to your points and your pay.
