Chicken is the most universal dish ever. I've managed to come up with a four-flavored chicken dish to add to the collection of chicken recipes around the world.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 3 tablespoons of honey
  • 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons of orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon of fresh grated ginger
  • 1 whole chicken, cut up
  • 1 large bowl
  • 1 large pan
  1. Step 1

In a large bowl, pour the honey, soy sauce, orange juice and grated ginger over the chicken.

  2. Step 2

Let the chicken and sauce in the large bowl set in the refrigerator for 4 hours. Feel free to turn the chicken and sauce over occasionally during this 4-hour time frame.

  3. Step 3

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

  4. Step 4

Place the chicken in a large pan and roast for about 1 hour.

  5. Step 5

Baste occasionally with the sauce while cooking.

Tips & Warnings
  • For extra flavor, add 3 tablespoons of sherry!
  • This dish can be served hot or cold.
