- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh dill
- 2 cloves of minced garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of pepper

- 4 salmon steaks
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 8 slices of French bread
- 1 cup of shredded lettuce
- 1 large sliced tomato

Combine the sour cream, dill, garlic, salt and pepper in the small bowl.

Season the salmon with the salt and pepper.
