Step 1
Try to eat healthy diet with your family. Comfort is one factor for getting pregnant. But your doctor will tell you after personal check up of your health of what's really the real reasons of having trouble to get pregnant.
-
Step 2
Sea foods can make you horny most often. Try that if your problems is about getting hot in bed. There are many products available online or drug stores that will help your erection but again it is not just for men but also for both of your health situations.
-
Step 3
Stay from eating too much fat or oily foods.
If you are both healthy and then still have difficulty in getting pregnant then you might need a marriage counseling or help from medical experts. -
Step 4
Consult your family doctors if you find it hard to get pregnant. Doctors will tell you the real health conditions that you may both have.

on 4/17/2008 There are many medical or physical reasons why some women have difficulties in getting pregnant.
Having sex is not the only way to get pregnant or having a healthy body does not mean you will always get pregnant ,it really depends on both parties ,you need both to be healthy for getting pregnant.
Whatever your health conditions, your doctor will tell you if you are trying hard and don't have any luck.

on 3/17/2008 Your instructions address sexual desire, not how to get pregnant. The comments prior do not provide any specific information either. Though desire for sex generally improves your probability of having sex which definitely improves your probability of getting pregnant, this address fails to even address that problem.
It is doubtful that this instruction is from a medical professional and seems to narrowly focused to address the primary "how to": getting pregnant.
