After watching TV often and sitting in front of computers daily at work and then at home also; eyes become strained and tired. People learn quite a lot through the use of their eyes. Therefore, it is vital to keep our eyes healthy and from becoming overworked and tired.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Challenging

Step1
Blink your eyes three hundred time daily without squinting. Every individual blink actually cleanses your eyes and is actually a way of massaging your eyes.
Step2
Rub your hands together until they are warm and then close your eyes and place the palms of your hands over your eyes. Just cover them, do not press.
Step3
Breathe deeply and slowly while your palms are still over your eyes and envision the color black for approximately 20 minutes daily.
Step4
Soak a towel in eyebright tea and place the warm towel over your closed eyes for about 10 to 15 minutes.

Tips & Warnings

  • When placing the towel soaked with eyebright tea over your eyes, be careful not to let tea get into your eyes.
