1. The Holiday Inn Sacramento NorthEast is the only hotel I know that can accommodate large car shows and give the car show space for free. Call the hotel and ask for a guy by the name of Brad Ross. 916-338-5800.
2. Tell them the T - Bird guy referred you and you might get an upgraded suite or something. Good luck
3. It helps if you have some guest rooms for a couple of nights. My show had 50 for 3 nights and that got us free parking for 100 cars or so.
