Cooking food creates free radicals, which are a cancer-causing agent. Eliminating free radicals in your food also helps to reverse or stop the advancement of many other chronic diseases like heart disease.

  3. Step 3

Raw food studies have shown that living foods have healing powers and can alleviate or cure many acute ailments like allergies, digestive disorders, weak immune system, high cholesterol, candida, obesity and weight problems.

  4. Step 4

Because of the high amount of nutrients contained in raw foods, your skin will be clearer and brighter, your hair will shinier and stronger, your teeth and gums will be healthier and your nails will be stronger.
