After you have removed the neck and giblets from the body and neck cavities, apply the following steps to ensure that your turkey will be a juicy, moist turkey that your guests will enjoy.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • One can Sprite
  • One bottle cooking wine
  • Cooking bag
  • Flour
  • Butter
  • Turkey

Step1
Rub butter all over the outside of your turkey. This keeps the skin from getting too dry.
Step2
Drop a pinch of flour into a cooking bag and shake it.
Step3
Place your turkey inside the cooking bag, but don't put the tie on it just yet. Once the turkey is inside the bag, cut a few small slits in the bag.
Step4
Pour one can of Sprite and a bottle of cooking wine into the bag. If you can find a cooking wine in a nut flavor, it will give the turkey a nice taste.
Step5
Finally, apply the tie and roast your turkey as you normally would.
