Shoot and Review Video With a Fuji FinePix E510 Digital Camera

Did you know that your digital camera can double as a video camera? Now you can really capture your dog’s amazing trick or your uncle’s yodeling skills. It’s as easy as snapping a photo! Read on to learn how to shoot and review the video you shoot.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Fuji FinePix E510 digital camera
  1. Step 1

    On the top of your camera, turn the dial until the video camera symbol is next to the little indentation under the power button.

  2. Step 2

    On the back of the camera, make sure the switch is set to the red camera symbol.

  3. Step 3

    On the top of the camera, press power to turn on the camera.

  4. Step 4

    When you’re ready to start videotaping, press the large button on the top of the camera that you normally use to take photos. Press it again to stop videotaping.

  5. Step 5

    Turn the switch on the back of the camera to the green arrow symbol, which is "play."

  6. Step 6

    To play the video, press the down arrow on the back of your camera.

Tips & Warnings
  • Since you can’t use the flash with the video camera, be sure you have plenty of light.
