Step1
Verify that the domain name is eligible for transfer -- that is, that the name has been registered for at least 60 days, is not expired, and is not in Registrar Lock status.
Step2
Log on to your account at OnlineNIC.com.
Step3
Navigate to the contact information for the domain name you want to transfer.
Step4
Update the Registrant and Administrative contact information if necessary.
Step5
To obtain the authorization code for your domain, go to http://www.onlinenic.com/support/
Step6
Submit a support ticket requesting the authorization code for the domain you want to transfer.
Step7
To unlock your domain, click "Manage Domains" and then click "Domain Lock".
Step8
If you do not have access to the account, contact your reseller and ask them to unlock the domain, or contact OnlineNIC directly at 415-665-6387.
Step9
Now you're ready to create the transfer request at eNom.
Step10
Log on to your account at eNom, eNomCentral, or YouStart.
Step11
In the "DOMAINS" menu, click "transfer a domain name".
Step12
Select "Auto verification" and click "next".
Step13
Type in the domain name you want to transfer, a comma, a space, and then the authorization code. If you have more domains, hit "Enter" and type in the information for the next domain on a new line. Repeat for each domain you're transferring, one per line.
Step14
Set the Registrar Lock, Auto-Renew, Whois, and Password options as you wish.
Step17
When you (or the Whois contacts listed at OnlineNIC) receive the email from eNom asking for approval of the transfer, do so by following the instructions in the email.
