1. Choose a color scheme that will invoke relaxation. Steer clear of bright colors that tend to make people more excitable.

2. A good theme that will incorporate light relaxing colors is sage green, accented by French lavender and French vanilla.

3. Paint the walls a sage green. If having all four walls green is too much for you, try having one accent wall painted green and painting the other three a vanilla color.
