How to Decorate a Room With a Penn State Theme

Penn State is one of the most famous schools in the country. One of those reasons is because of the Nittany Lion and Penn State sports. Any Penn State fan or alumnus would love to have a room dedicated to the school. Here is how you can decorate a room with a Penn State theme.

Instructions

1. Paint the room blue and white. Penn State has it's own shade of blue and white, so you'll want to check online to make sure that you get the colors just right.

2. Put up a poster of Joe Paterno somewhere in the room. Joe Paterno is now and forever will be Penn State. You can't have a Penn State room without Joe Pa.

3. Buy a large Penn State flag and place it somewhere in the room. You could put the flag on either the most visible wall or simply hang it from the ceiling.

4. Place a framed picture of the Nittany Lion somewhere in the room. If you have a picture of you standing next to or even sitting on the Nittany Lion, that would be a great addition to any room dedicated to Penn State.

5. Buy a basketball with a Penn State logo on it and place that ball in a case. Remember that Penn State isn't just about football. This is a way to show off your love for Penn State athletics as a whole.

6. Buy Penn State bobbleheads and put them throughout the room. There are numerous Joe Paterno and Nittany Lion bobbleheads that can be found at stores throughout State College as well as online.

7. Put a Penn State clock somewhere in the room. You're going to need to know what time it is when you're in your Penn State room. There is no better way to do so than looking at a clock that has the Nittany Lion on it.

8. Hang a Penn State blanket over a chair in the room. These blankets come in all sizes and varieties and can be found in numerous stores. They make an excellent decoration and can also keep you warm.
