This is great to make up for the holidays or to dress up in a fancy tin to give as a holiday gift. It is ultra easy to make and tastes fabulous.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Oreos
  • almond bark (vanilla flavored)
  • hammer
  • wax paper
  1. Step 1

In a microwave-safe container put in the entire block of vanilla-flavored almond bark (or candy coating). Make sure that you chop up the individual squares into fourths so that it melts easier. Put in for one minute at a time and stir. It should be ready in two minutes thirty seconds. Work on step two while it is melting. Don't let it scorch though; work it a minute at a time or 30 seconds at a time if you have a higher wattage microwave.

  2. Step 2

While it is melting, put about 10 to 15 Oreo cookies in a thick sandwich bag and hit with a hammer. Have some larger chunks, but make sure there are tiny pieces as well. By the time you are done with the Oreos, the bark coating should be done.

  3. Step 3

Put the Oreo pieces into the bark coating and stir.

  4. Step 4

Tear out a big piece of wax paper. Pour the Oreo and bark coating mix over the wax paper and smooth it with a rubber spatula. It can be as thick or thin as you'd like.

  5. Step 5

Wait an hour or two and break into pieces. Keep in an airtight container.
