• 8 turns of cracked pepper
• 1 tsp chopped garlic
• 2 medium anchovies
• 1 quarter sized dollop of Dijon mustard
• 1 coddled egg yolk
• virgin olive oil
• 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
• 2 tsp red wine vinegar
• Parmesan cheese
• Croûtons
• Romaine lettuce

1. The first step in making a Caesar Salad is to combine pepper, garlic, anchovies, mustard and egg yolk and whip with a fork.

2. The next step in cooking a Caesar Salad is to add olive oil while stirring constantly.
