How to Play Spider-Man DVD Blast
In 2002, Marvel Comics superhero Spider-Man hit the big screen with the first in a series of action flicks starring the famous web crawler. The movie became the highest grossing film of the year and now fans of the trilogy can test their Spidey IQ by playing Spider-Man DVD Blast. The game covers the storyline presented in the first three Spider-Man flicks.

Purchase Spider-Man DVD Blast. The game consists strictly of a single DVD, no game board or other trappings, and can be found at many major department stores in the game section and some larger movie stores. You can also buy a copy online directly from the manufacturer (see Resources below) or from online outlets, such as Amazon.com.

Set up for the game. You'll need a television set, DVD player and a remote control to operate the onscreen functions, including scoring the game.

Invite friends. You need at least two people to play, but you can play with as many people as you want by dividing into two teams. The game is recommended for ages 8 and older.

Watch scenes from all three Spider-Man movies. The DVD is packed with hundreds of scenes from all three films, which are used during game play. You'll also find trivia questions based on specific clips.

Answer the trivia questions. Spider-Man DVD Blast is hosted by Bruce Campbell who had parts in the first two movies and guides you through game play, which includes answering trivia questions, solving visual puzzles, identifying characters and solving word puzzles.

Take it anywhere. Since the game only consists of a DVD without any of the extra items typically found in board games, the game is portable. You can play it anywhere there's a TV, DVD player, PC or laptop (provided the play DVDs) and remote available, including on road trips in the car.
