Macrobiotic retreats can be found in most regions of the United States. Most of these events revolve around a theme, such as a women's healing retreat or a spiritual renewal for couples. These retreats can last a weekend or as long as a month. They represent a great way to meet like-minded people, acquire new skills and restore balance to your life.
