Verify that the domain name is eligible for transfer -- that is, that the name has been registered for at least 60 days, is not expired, and is not in Registrar Lock status.

Log on to your account at Joker.com

Click "Service zone"

In the "Advanced Options" section, click "proceed".

In the "Contact Settings" section, click "create" or "change".

To update the contact information, follow the directions in the user interface.

To retrieve the authorization code, return to the "Service zone".

In the "Advanced Options" section, click "proceed".

In the "AUTH-ID Request" section, click "proceed".

In the "DOMAIN" box, type the domain name, and then click "Send Auth-ID".

To unlock the domain name, return to the "Service zone".

Click "Switch off domain protection".

Save or apply changes if prompted.

Now you're ready to create the transfer request at eNom.

Log on to your account at eNom, eNomCentral, or YouStart.

In the "DOMAINS" menu, click "transfer a domain name".

Select "Auto verification" and click "next".

Type in the domain name you want to transfer, a comma, a space, and then the authorization code. If you have more domains, hit "Enter" and type in the information for the next domain on a new line. Repeat for each domain you're transferring, one per line.
