Things You'll Need:

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup packed light or dark brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Step 2

    Mix peanut butter, brown sugar, egg and baking soda until smooth.

  3. Step 3

    Fold in chocolate chips.

  4. Step 4

    Grease cookie sheet lightly and place spoonfuls of wheat-free cookie dough onto it.

    Bake cookies for about 10 minutes.
