How to make awesome cornbread

This is an awesome cornbread recipe. Definitely not the usual corn bread though.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

• 8 tbsp. margarine
• 8 oz. box of Jiffy corn muffin mix
• 8 oz. can of creamed corn
• 8 oz. can of whole kernel, undrained
• 8 oz.sour cream

1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl

2. put in a 1 1/2 quart greased casserole dish

3. Bake uncovered on 350 degrees for 1 hour

on 5/20/2009 I cook cornbread with creamed corn too but I never did it with sour cream. I'll try that!
