Things You'll Need:
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 4 oz. plain yogurt
- 1 small banana
- 2 tbsp. smooth peanut butter
- 2 tbsp. malted milk powder
- Blender

Step 1
Slice the banana into the blender. Spoon the yogurt and peanut butter on top of the banana.

Pour about 1/2 cup of milk into the blender, covering the ingredients. Cover and blend until smooth.

Step 3
Add 2 tbsp. of plain malted milk powder, and pour the rest of the milk into the blender.

Cover and blend until creamy. Makes two servings of high-nutrition breakfast shake.
