1. Start with an Executive Summary. Executive Summary may have the following points.
   a)Business Objectives
   b)Mission
   c)Critical Success Factors

2. Write a Company Summary

3. Next section should be about Products and Services which you have or are planning to have.

4. Follow up with an Industry and Market Analysis. You may further segment this into
   
   a)Market Segmentation and Target
   b)Target Market Segment Strategy
   c)Business Analysis vis-a-vis competitors (in the particular market)

5. Include Company Strategies and Implementation plan. You may include the following.
   
   a)Competitive advantage of your products/ services
   b) Marketing Strategies
   c)Positioning Statement
   d) Sales Strategies
   e) Forecast

6. Lastly include a management summary. It may include list of all management/executive members, their experiences etc.
