As the splendor of fall comes to a close, the leaves bow to the ground and bring the fun home as kid play in leaf piles without care. To have an enjoyable leaf racking party if when your yard is full of leaves, a little planning will go a long way to make it an enjoyable day.

Things You’ll Need:

  • Racks
  • Hot beverages and snacks
  • A yard full of leaves
Step1
Plan a date ahead, when the leaf racking sessions will occur and inform all the participants.
Step2
Purchase or find enough racks to represent all the participants, there are racks for all sizes and age group, so feel free to include the young and the old.
Step3
Prepare a meal and family’s favorite snacks in advance since it will not be practical to rush around and cook after a day’s work in the yard.
Step4
Make a cup a coffee or a pot of tee since the weather may be cooling down and warm refreshments will be in order. If the weather of particularly cool, name sure everyone has gloves so that frost bite won’t bite the fun out of your work and fun party.
Step5
Assign racking portion so that you work in a systematic manner and avoid accidents.
Step6
Gather the leaves and fill up the gardening sacks so that the leaves don’t roll back into the yard and reverse your hard work.
Step7
Celebrate your fun work with music, a hot meal and a great family time.
