There are always things players forget to pack when preparing for an entire day on the court. Follow the steps here to ensure you are prepared for a very active day.
Make sure you have your uniform! Include multiple jerseys if you have them, as well as shorts, a back-up pair of socks and an extra sports bra.

Bring clothes to change into for the ride home; you will be much more comfortable. Throw in an extra pair of sweatpants, a T-shirt or sweatshirt, socks and sandals.

For the girls, pack a few extra ponytail holders. You never know what might happen or when you may need one.
Step4
Pack food in your bag so you have it with you at all times. Fruit snacks, granola bars, grapes, oranges, apples, bananas and crackers are all healthy items to snack on throughout the day.
Step5
Don't forget drinks! Take lots of bottled water- or at least a water bottle to refill- as well as a few sports drinks to replenish all those electrolytes.
Step6
You might want to take along something to keep you busy inbetween games. A CD player or MP3 player are good ideas, along with a magazine or even homework. These things will help the time pass quickly.
Step7
Pack your kneepads, volleyball shoes and ankle braces. It would be difficult to play without these things!
