How to Get a Warrior Weapon in World of Warcraft

World of Warcraft players rely heavily on their weapon of choice. Players need to know what weapons are the better choice for their character and what is available in the game. This will tell you the things that you'll need to consider before you shell out gold for that shiny new weapon.

1. Know that warriors are able to use everything. Which means one and two handed maces, swords, and axes, plus polearms, fist weapons, staves, bows, guns, crossbows, throwing weapons and daggers.
2. Consider that warriors need agility, strength, stamina, and spirit. Agility gives points equal to half the level of your character for 1% to critical hit. So a level 70 needs 35 agility points to increase 1% for critical hit. Agility also gives points equal to a fourth of the level of your character for 1% dodge. So a level 60 needs 15 agility points to increase 1% in dodge. For strength it will increase your damage. 1 point in strength increases 2 attack power. For 14 attack power it will increase 1 damage per second. So seven points in strength will make 1 extra damage per second. Stamina increases your health in relation to one point of stamina gives you 10 health points. Spirit will raise your health regeneration. Your bonuses for a warrior depends on the type of warrior you are creating. Tanking will need a high defense, block rating, and hit rating. A dps (damage per second) warrior will need a higher critical strike. A dual wield dps warrior will need attack power and critical strike ratings to be higher.
3. Remember the golden rule in World of Warcraft: Not all purple items are better than a blue item, nor is all blue items better than a green item. Remember to really look at the pieces on the auction house or that drop off higher ranking mobs. Sometimes the numbers will surprise you.
