How to Make Great Christmas Cocktails - EASY

Depending on your crowd, the cocktails at your Christmas dinner or party may be an important part of your evening. Here are a few easy drinks that I like to serve up for the holidays.

Instructions

1. The Poinsettia.
   
   2 Parts Chilled Champagne (or other sparkling wine)
   1 Part Chilled Cranberry Juice
   Serve in Champagne flute

2. The Mistletoe.
   
   2 Parts Chilled Champagne (or other sparkling wine)
   1 Part Chilled Pomegranate Juice
   Garnish with a few pomegranate seeds or blueberries
   Serve in Champagne flute

3. Pomegranate Champagne Cocktail.
   
   1 Part Chilled Pomegranate Juice
   3 Parts Chilled Champagne (or other sparkling wine)
   Dash of Campari
   Serve in martini glass

4. Hot Chocolate and Kaluha.
   
   1 Cup of favorite Hot Chocolate
   Dash of kahlua at room temperature
   Marshmallows are optional toppings
   Serve hot in coffee cup or mug

Tips & Warnings

• People tend to over indulge on the Holidays. Be a good friend and don't let your friends drive home drunk or even a little intoxicated. Call them a car or drive them home.
