How to Make Sparkling Alcohol-Free Cocktails

New Year's Eve is just around the corner and it's time to start thinking about what to serve. Instead of serving traditional alcoholic drinks, why not do something different? These sparkling alcohol-free cocktails are sure to be a big hit.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Champagne glasses
  • Blender
  • Stainer
  • Strawberries
  • Blackberries
  • Raspberries
  • Sparkling apple cider
  • Sparkling white grape juice

    How to Make Sparkling Alcohol-Free Cocktails

  1. Step 1

    Puree each fruit in the blender separately the morning before the party.

  2. Step 2

    Strain out the seeds, place each fruit puree in separate containers and refrigerate.

  3. Step 3

    Ask your guests which fruit they would prefer and place 1 to 2 tablespoons of the fruit into a champagne glass.

  4. Step 4

    Top the fruit puree with either the sparkling apple cider or the sparkling white grape juice.

  5. Step 5

    Gently stir to combine the fruit puree with the sparkling juice and serve.

Tips & Warnings
  • Fruit purees can be mixed to create different flavors.
  • Frozen fruit can be used, just be sure to thaw it first.
  • Taste the fruit puree to see if any sugar is needed. In most cases the fruit will be sweet enough on its own.
  • Be sure to gently stir the cocktail or the cocktail won't be as bubbly.
