Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Grill and coals to cook with
  • Fluid to light the coals
  • Fresh Rosemary if possible, otherwise small container
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • A lemon to grate or 2 tbl. lemon juice
  • 2 tbl. Olive oil
  • Black pepper
  • Salt for seasoning
  • Fresh Rosemary to put on plate, and eat.
  • (4) Beef Steaks (4) chicken breast/or (4) pork chops
  • or (4) fish fillets.
  1. Step 1

Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl and rub on the surface of the meat you want to prepare. Cover the beef steaks and refrigerate to marinate, the steaks, about 15 minutes to 30 minutes. Grill the steaks approximately 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until you
get the doneness you want. Garnish with rosemary sprigs and you can later eat them.

  2. Step 2

For your next grilling, select (4) chicken breasts. Repeat mixing all of the ingredients and put in the chicken and refrigerate for 15 to 30 minutes, marinating the chicken. Proceed to grill the chicken until the pink disappears, about 10 minutes or more. Put a fresh sprig of rosemary on the plate.

  3. Step 3

Grilling the pork chop is next and the same as the steak. You will be using grated lemon peels, instead of lemon juice. Mix all of the ingredients, and then put in the pork chops to marinate in the refrigerator for 15 to 30 minutes. Take out and proceed to grill the meat for approximately 10 to 15 minutes. The pork must be cooked well done, and it depends on the thickness of the pork chop. When done, take off the grill and put on the plates, with a sprig of rosemary.

  4. Step 4

Next is the fish. Broiled fish is always delicious. You can select the fillets that your family prefers. Mix all of the ingredients and add the fish. This time you will use the lemon juice (2tbs) in the mix. Place in the refrigerator for 15 to 30 minutes to marinate. Take the fish and grill for 10 to 14 minutes. Don't overcook the fish, or it will fall apart. Put the fish on a place and serve with a sprig of rosemary to eat.

Tips & Warnings
  • You could also grill all of the meats and put in the refrigerator freezer for a later dinner.
  • Once you get the grill burning nicely, you can continue to grill all of the meats the same day.
  • Wrap the meats and seal them in a plastic zip bag.
  • You can also mix up the ingredients for another grilling and put into the refrigerator.
  • Make sure that the bags of meats are sealed properly so that no air gets to them.
  • Don't use the same marinating sauce for another meat. They don't taste the same, and you would ruin the true taste of the meat.
