How to Use Cranberry Juice For Asthma

Many people suffer from asthma these days. Cranberries are good for treating asthma attacks because they contain an ingredient that dilates the bronchial tubes. In this article you will learn how to make and use cranberry juice for asthma attacks.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Glass jar
  • Fresh or frozen cranberries
  • Water
  1. Step 1

    Cook the cranberries on the stove and mash them. You can use any amount of cranberries you want. The amount of cranberries used won't make a difference.

  2. Step 2

    Place the cooked and mashed cranberries in a tightly closed glass jar or container. Store the jar in the refrigerator.

  3. Step 3

    When needed during an attack, put three teaspoons of the mashed cranberries into a cup of hot water. Sip on it while the water is still hot.

Tips & Warnings
  • Do not use if you are allergic to cranberries.
