Things You'll Need:
- Glass jar
- Fresh or frozen cranberries
- Water
-
Step 1
Cook the cranberries on the stove and mash them. You can use any amount of cranberries you want. The amount of cranberries used won't make a difference.
-
Step 2
Place the cooked and mashed cranberries in a tightly closed glass jar or container. Store the jar in the refrigerator.
-
Step 3
When needed during an attack, put three teaspoons of the mashed cranberries into a cup of hot water. Sip on it while the water is still hot.
