Everyone has had a cold at one time or another in life, and cold season is absolutely the worst time of the year to catch a cold from someone. In this article you will learn how to make a foot bath to treat colds.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Dried mustard
  • Water
  1. Step 1

    Bring two quarts of water to a boil and then add 1/2 pound of dried mustard to it. Let the mixture boil for 10 minutes.

  2. Step 2

    After 10 minutes has passed allow the mixture to cool off just enough so that it isn't too hot to touch.

  3. Step 3

    Add this mixture to your favorite foot bath.

Tips & Warnings
  • Do not use if you allergic to dried mustard.
  • Do not add to foot bath if it is too hot because you could possibly burn yourself.
