Gorgonzola Cranberry salad dressing is a delicious, easy-to-make salad topping that everyone is sure to love.

Top lettuce (that you tossed if you use two types) with remaining ingredients and drizzle with dressing.

Things You'll Need:

  • 1/3 cup of vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup of seasoned rice vinegar
  • 3/4 teaspoon of dijon mustard
  • One clove of mashed garlic
  • One head of bibb lettuce
  • One head of leaf lettuce
  • One diced Granny Smith apple
  • 1/3 cup of chopped walnuts
  • 1/3 cup of dried cranberries
  • 1/3 cup of crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
  • One mixing bowl

    How to Make Gorgonzola Cranberry Salad Dressing

  1. Step 1

    Whisk the first four ingredients on the list together and set aside.

  2. Step 2

    Tear the heads of bibb and leaf lettuce and place in a bowl.

  3. Step 3

    Combine the whisked items from step No. 1, the torn lettuce and the remaining ingredients. Serve right away.
