Cock rings are great sexual tools to help those with erectile dysfunctions and those that just want to spice up their sex lives. For those with little experience with these sexual enhancers, removing them can be a challenge. And leaving a cock ring on for an extended period of time can cause great pain, if not damage.

  1. Step 1

    If you have an erection, wait for it to subside. It will be impossible to remove the ring while the penis is hard. If you haven't climaxed yet, masturbate until you do to expedite the penis becoming flaccid.

  2. Step 2

    Once the penis is flaccid, carefully begin pulling the cock ring away from the pelvis.

  3. Step 3

    At the same time, begin pushing the penis through the ring. It may take a bit of squeezing and pinching to accomplish this. If you are having a lot of difficulty, squeeze some lubricant on the penis to help it slide through.

  4. Step 4

    Once the penis is through, slip one testicle through the ring.

  5. Step 5

    The other testicle should easily slips out. Be sure to wash and dry the ring for hygienic reasons.
