If you're like me, and you've moved around in life, than you might often wonder what happened to Erin M? Who did she end up marrying? What does she do for a job? And you want to reconnect with her, a great way of doing that is via the internet.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

As a child I moved around a lot. Now that I am an adult I often wonder about people and who they turned out to be. Or if I left on bad terms, I want to find the person and say I am sorry. Or ask them why they did what they did.

  2. Step 2

The internet is a great way to find people from your past. Most people have access to the internet, whether it's in their home, or the local library. There are many great sites to go on to find people from the past. A few sites are http://www.classmates.com, http://www.facebook.com. I choose facebook because it's free whereas classmates you have to pay.

  3. Step 3

If you've haven't heard of facebook, it's a social networking site developed to help you reconnect with people. A person creates a profile with their picture and name, and you can search the database for anyone you like at no cost to you. Facebook's population right now is 30 and younger, but older people are catching on. My grandma is 72 and is on facebook. I use it to keep in touch with family.

  4. Step 4

So now you're in facebook, you have a profile, start looking for groups that are your school. I went to White Pines High School, there is a group called that. I search the people in the group and I start finding my friends. Or you can search by name, but if it's a popular name, you might want to start with groups. Either way it's a great way to reconnect with the past and resolve some bad feelings you may be harboring.
