With a car video security system - You can monitor activities in and around your car. The ones that are made for cars are hard to find,and are very expensive, they're mainly supplied to police departments. But if you look for something called a "spy camera" setup, it's the perfect size and has the right power requirements for use in the car, and the wireless cameras usually operate on a 9V battery which is perfect.

Things You’ll Need:

  • A spy cam set
  • A car
  • A TV
  • velcro (if you don't want to start drilling holes)

Step1
You can find the latest model of covert wireless video camera for about $50 right on eBay. And with most models, All you need is 2 9 Volt batteries to power the system!

Installation Procedures:

Setting up of this wireless system is simple and easy. Can be done in just a few minutes
Step2
Connect the camera to a 9 volt battery
Step3
Place the camera anywhere inside or outside the car. The police usually put it somewhere near the rear view mirror
Step4
Connect the antenna to the receiver
Step5
Connect a 9 volt battery (or a power adapter) to receiver. There should be a red light that indicates the power is on, then using velcro, mount the receiver underneath the passenger dashboard where no one can see it.
Step6
Connect the receiver to any television or VCR
Step7
Turn on your TV, adjust the frequency tuner, then adjust the focus until you see a clear picture
Step8
Turn on your VCR to start recording.
