Things You'll Need:
- 1 lb hamburger
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp finely chopped onions
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 can pineapple chunks
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 1 tbs soy sauce
- 1 small green pepper, coarsly chopped
- Bowl
- Spoon
- Skillet
- Pan

Step 1
Mix the hamburger, milk, salt, egg, bread crumbs, onions and Worcestershire sauce and shape the mixture into balls.

Cook over medium heat turning occasionally until brown.

Remove meatballs from skillet. Drain fat.

Step 4
Mix brown sugar and corn starch in skillet. Stir in pineapple with syrup, vinegar and soy sauce. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally, then reduce the heat.

Add meatballs and green peppers. Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally for 10 minutes.
