Some children seem to be born confident while others need a bit of encouragement to become confident. Parents and caregivers can do wonders to boost a child's self confidence.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Step1
Encourage self sufficiency. Children who have the ability to be self sufficient at age appropriate tasks tend to be more confident than those children who are not allowed to do anything on their own.
Step2
Give genuine praise.
Step3
Let your child fail.
Step4
Encourage your child to try new things.
Step5
Allow opportunity for growth.
