How to Make Chilli Bean Dip
Whether you're hosting a Mexican fiesta-style party, or simply enjoy the flavors of Latin food, you'll want a simple go-to recipe in your files for a tasty appetizer when guests are coming over, or when you don't feel like going out. Chili bean dip has only a few ingredients and is easy to prepare, is best served hot with tortilla chips, and is the perfect way to get your Latin-inspired get-together off to a great start. Things You'll Need
- Chili mix without beans
- Refried black or pinto beans
- 1 bag Shredded Monterey Jack cheese, 1 bag Cheddar cheese
- Chopped onions
- Chopped peppers
- Chopped black olives
- Cream cheese
- Spatula

Spread cream cheese all over the bottom of the casserole dish with the spatula.

Pour the can of black or pinto refried beans over the cream cheese, and distribute the beans evenly to completely cover the cream cheese layer.

Top the beans with a layer of shredded Monterey Jack cheese and chopped onions.

Cover the onions and cheese with one can of chili mix.

Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the chili.

Bake the dip for about 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

Add chopped black olives on top, and serve with tortilla chips.

Tips & Warnings
For a spicier dip, mix in a few tablespoons of chopped chili or jalapeno peppers to the chili mix or refried beans before adding it to the casserole dish.
