Things You'll Need:
- 2 ounces red candied cherries
- 2 ounces green candied cherries
- 1 pound dates
- 4 ounces candied pineapple
- 3 cups pecan halves
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ¼ cup Oloroso sherry

Pit the dates, then cut into rough chunks. Beat eggs

Mix the pecans and fruit.

Stir in sugar, flour, salt and baking powder.

Introduce eggs and vanilla to the mixture.

Line a 9 x 5 inch pan with aluminum foil and spread the mixture inside.

Bake for one hour and 45 minutes at 300 degrees.
