Love cheesecake, but don’t want to make a lot of it? This recipe is a great way to enjoy cheesecake one cupcake-size serving at a time.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 lb. cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • Cupcake liners
  • Muffin pan
  1. Step 1

    Blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

  2. Step 2

    Add eggs and vanilla. Mix until smooth.

  3. Step 3

    Fill cupcakes 3/4 full.

  4. Step 4

    Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.

  5. Step 5

    Allow cheesecakes to cool and enjoy.

Tips & Warnings
  • Top them with whipped cream for an added treat.
  • You can also make a simple graham cracker crumb crust and press firmly into the bottom of each cupcake before pouring in filling.
