Fruit smoothies are a healthy and tasty snack that can be enjoyed at any time throughout the day. Adding protein to a smoothie is a great way to give yourself an extra boost of energy.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • 1/4 cup yogurt
  • 4 or 5 frozen strawberries
  • 3 frozen mangoes
  • 3 ice cubes
  • 3/4 cup of orange juice
  • ½ cup of skim milk
  • 2 scoops of whey protein
  • Blender

Step1
Add first six smoothie ingredients to the blender and mix well.
Step2
Add two scoops of whey protein powder and blend again.
Step3
Pour into a glass and enjoy.

Tips & Warnings

  • Two scoops of whey protein powder contains more than 40 grams of protein.
  • This recipe makes enough for two people.
