Things You’ll Need:
- 1 8-ounce Swiss cheese, thickly sliced
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoons flour
- ½ stick margarine
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
Step1
Melt margarine in a double boiler.
Step2
Mix milk and flour, whisking constantly. Add mixture to margarine.
Step3
Add cheese and caraway seed and continue to whisk until done.
