Here's a recipe for a chilly dessert favorite.

Things You'll Need:

  • 5 bananas, sliced
  • 2 1/2 cups of drained, crushed pineapple
  • 3 sticks margarine, room temperature
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1 large container whipped cream, room temperature
  • 1 cup pecans
  • Small jar of cherries
  1. Step 1

    Mix 1 stick margarine and the graham crackers, then put into the bottom of a 13-by-9-by-2 inch dish.

  2. Step 2

    Beat the 2 cups of sugar, eggs and remaining margarine for no less than 15 minutes.

  3. Step 3

    Spread graham crackers over the mixture.

  4. Step 4

    Cover bananas with the pineapple.

  5. Step 5

    Spread whipped cream over this and decorate with pecans and cherries.

  6. Step 6

    Refrigerate.
